When we designed sharing in dailio, we wanted the opposite: opt-in habits, a clear badge so nobody is confused, and a Social tab that feels like a straightforward support—not a scoreboard. dailio is still in development and we are launching soon; these interviews reflect the product values we are shipping toward. Jordan, Toronto — Runs a private stretch habit with two coworkers. “We picked something tiny—five minutes—so missing doesn’t become drama. The Shared tag reminds us it is a team habit, but our other cards stay private. That boundary matters.”
