dailio
The social habit tracker

Keep streaks—with friends or on your own.

dailio is built for streaks that actually stick. Keep habits private, or add a friend when mutual pressure helps. Friend streaks mean you both check in—or the shared streak stops.

We are a small team. We built dailio because most habit apps either nag you like a boss or turn friends into a leaderboard. We wanted streaks with clear mechanics—private when that is what works, shared when both people are bought in.

What you will find inside

Streaks are the core. Solo or with friends, the app stays out of your way: log fast, see the week, move on.

Friend streaks, not follower counts

Invite people you know to shared habits. They only see what you share—never your full list.

Solo streaks, same rules

Private habits use the same week row, streak, and completion flow as shared ones.

Your week, at a glance

Each habit is a card: name, schedule, seven circles—filled or empty for the week.

See it in action

Habits, friend streaks, and your week row—designed for speed.

What early users say

One tap and I'm done. I don't live in the app—that's why I actually keep logging.

Early beta tester

Friend streaks for our morning walks changed everything. Both of us check in, or it pauses. No nagging required.

Couple using shared streaks

Finally a streak app that doesn't feel like a game I'm losing. No leaderboard, no points treadmill.
