How dailio works
dailio is a social habit tracker built around streaks. Keep habits private, or share one with a friend when mutual accountability helps. Here is the mechanics—no fluff.
Habits as cards
Each habit is a card: a name, a schedule, a streak count, and a week row—seven circles showing filled or empty days. One look tells you if you are on track this week.
One-tap check-ins
When you complete the habit, tap once. Done. We optimize for speed because friction kills consistency.
Solo streaks
Not everything should be social. Private habits use the same week row and streak logic—your list stays yours.
Friend streaks
Invite someone you trust to a shared habit. Both people check in, or the shared streak pauses. Clear rules. No leaderboard. No follower counts.
Social tab—not a feed
The Social tab is for encouragement and shared progress—not an infinite scroll of other people's lives.
