By downloading or using dailio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

The service

dailio is a social habit tracker that helps you build and maintain habits through streaks, optional friend streaks, and check-in tracking. We may update features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not harass, abuse, or spam other users through shared features
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Do not use dailio for unlawful purposes

Friend streaks and shared habits

When you share a habit with another user, they can see progress for that shared habit only—not your private habits. You can stop sharing at any time.

dailio is a habit tracking tool, not medical or mental health advice. We provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dailio and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
